Every year, the PTO presents an annual operating budget for approval by the membership. It serves as the guide and any changes are voted on by the general membership at the monthly meetings.
Budget updates are provided monthly at the general PTO meetings (see meeting schedule here).
Each month, our Treasurer provides a report of all financial activity the previous month at the PTO meeting. That activity is reflected in the operating budget and the monthly financial reports.
