WE WANT YOU!!! Get involved by serving on the 2019-2020 PTO Board!

It’s that time of year again for new leaders to step up and for old ones to pass the torch. Our school is in danger of not having a PTO next year as every position on the 2019-2020 PTO board is open, and so far, no one in our community has stepped up to lead.

Several of our current board members have been volunteering to lead the PTO for five years or more, and they are ready to move on and let some other parents from our community take the helm. All current board members who are not returning will be able to support and mentor incoming board members. Curious what's involved? Read testimonials on the experiences of current and past board members here.

Serving on the board can be whatever you make it - a minimal contribution or an all-in commitment or anything in between. The current board is committed to leaving behind documentation for its events and processes, so new volunteers can do with that what they please – replicate it, tweak it or create something completely different.

PTO board positions are a one-school-year commitment. The board meets monthly the week prior to the general monthly PTO meetings.

All nominations are due by April 15, 2019, and should be submitted to at least two current executive board members via email –,,,, or or
